Q. How do I order products?

A. Click the "Order Products" tab to download the product order form. Submit your product order form to jet_products@comcast.net

 

Q. How will I know that my order has been received?

A. Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent from JET Products.

 

Q. When will my order be processed?

A. Your order will be processed the same day of receipt (before 5pm EST) of your Product Order Form (POF). Orders received after 5pm EST will be processed the next business day.

 

Q. When should I expect my products to be delivered?

A. JET Products will email a "Tentative Delivery Date" for your products.

 

Q. How do I pay for my order?

A. An invoice will be emailed to your agency with instructions for payment.

 

Q. What if I am not satisfied with my products?

A. If for any reason a product(s) is/are not delivered or delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, JET Products will handle the issue with the vendor(s) until it is satisfactorily resolved.
